Phase Disciriminator
Our phase disctiminator covers the frequency range of 500~5800MHz, C-band broadband integer frequency synthesizer integrates low-noise digital phase discriminator, high-precision charge pump, programmable reference frequency divider and other modules. The frequency synthesizer is used in conjunction with an external loop filter and a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) to achieve a complete charge-pump phase-locked loop. The use of QFN sticker packaging, so that the function of the phase detector products can be better played. It is widely used in instrumentation, radar recognition, communication reception, remote sensing and telemetry.
